But the steak is just too good. I honestly think this is one of the best steaks I’ve done in a long time.

I’m sorry you’ve lost your appetite due to stress but you really should force yourself to have something.

I find making food often relieves stress. Bluetooth headphones on, classical music blasting into my ears. Awesome.

Rule Britannia, God Save the Queen, Jerusalem, Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini, Nimrod, Bachs unaccompanied cello suite no 1 , Clare de Lune, etc... quite a mix really, no particular favourite style, composer or instrument, though I’m getting into the cello at the moment. Such a beautiful instrument with quite a range. 

I get a little patriotic when I’m cooking and having some wine or beer.

The older I get, the more I’ve begun to eschew toppings on really good ice cream.  That doesn’t mean I won’t accept a good homemade raspberry sauce like my dad makes, if offered.

I had jelly and ice cream the other week,

But better was Unicorn ice cream the other day.

The green is strawberry ice cream, the pink is candyfloss ice cream and the syrup is marshmallow flavour with little candy unicorns

Jelly a nd ice cream is a classic youngsters birthday party food.
